PREPARATION FOR THE CALL

The teaching goals of the PhD in Philology consist first of all in the construction of specialist and professional profiles, valid both on a national and international level, based on the possession of skills and methods suitable for carrying out highly qualified activities in the field of literary sciences, philological and linguistic. The doctorate aims to train researchers in the fields of literary criticism, ecdotics and synchronic and diachronic linguistics (Greek, Latin, Romance, Middle Latin, Italian, Hispanic, German, English and French).

To meet these objectives, doctoral students must be equipped with basic skills in the historical-literary, philological and linguistic fields. They must also show that they are interested in research and are therefore able to prepare a research project. For this purpose, a form for presenting the project is attached, which must be presented with the application and possibly discussed during the oral interview. (FORM)
